Alejo Castro, a fifth-generation coffee producer, upholds his family's legacy of exceptional coffee with the Volcancito blend. Sourced from his four different farms in Costa Rica's West and Central Valley region, this blend is crafted from each farm’s youngest coffee trees and showcases the meticulous care that goes into every stage of their production. Grown on the foothills of Poás & Barva Volcano, the region’s volcanic soil and high elevation creates ideal condition for producing specialty coffee. The cooler temperatures and elevation contribute to unique fruit notes and a complex flavour profile, resulting in a balanced cup with bright acidity and a smooth lingering finish.
